This means you will pay a one-time fee of $2,000.00 for the following: (1) Attorney’s appearance at arraignment; (2) Attorney’s time spent negotiating and meeting with District Attorney regarding plea agreement discussions; (3) Any pre-trial Motions, such as Motions to Dismiss and Motions to Suppress; (4) Attorney’s review of Police Report; (5) Attorney’s appearance at Pre-Trial, Status Conference, and Compliance and Election Hearings; (6) and Attorney’s interviews with potential witnesses.
